研究方向:天然药物化学与微生物药物化学研究,特别是特殊环境微生物中含氮和卤代天然产物的发现与优化。
个人简介:正在承担或主持完成973、863、NSFC、国家“重大新药创制”专项等国家级研究课题25项,整合形成了以集成化学特性与生物活性为基础的药源微生物“Talented 菌株”的快速筛选技术体系;通过发酵优化和结构优化,发现新化合物700余个,其中8个新骨架化合物被Nat Prod Rep选为热点化合物;在《Journal of American Chemical Society》、《Organic Letters》、《Journal of Natural Products》、《Tetrahedron》等知名学术期刊上发表SCI收录的研究论文174篇,论文H-指数为41(Google Schoolar)、他引H-指数为32(Researchgate);多次在国内外的学术大会上作大会报告、邀请报告或会议主持人;申请国家发明专利35件(授权14件、PCT2件)。获得2006中国药学会“施维雅青年药物化学奖”,入选贵州省2014年度“百人领军人才”,曾担任国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)第13、14届医学部药学学科专家组成员(“二审专家”),现任中国菌物学会菌物化学专业委员会副主任、中国海洋湖沼学会微生物海洋学分会常务理事、中国海洋生物化学与分子生物学分会理事、中国药学会海洋药物专业委员会委员、山东省药学会中药与天然药物专业委员会副主任委员、《中国抗生素》杂志编委、《中国海洋药物》杂志编委。
